Inaccuracies
Inconsistency in figures, units of measurement, etc.
Incorrect formatting
Not following project-specific instructions

Over-editing is typically characterized by preferential rather than necessary changes.

FQA (Functional Quality Assurance) is the functional review of a localized website, application (desktop or mobile) or other software before it is released.

During the FQA, testers are asked to check the functional aspects of a website or application (e.g. buttons are clickable, transition to other pages is successful, navigation panes are functional, menus are correctly expanded/collapsed, text in icons, banners and buttons is not truncated, no broken links, images/videos are correctly displayed) based on a test plan provided by the client.

An FQA is usually paid per hour and clients prefer language professionals, who are tech-savvy and/or specialized in IT to carry out this task.

FQA is also called Functional Web Testing when it involves a web application, site or other web-related software.
